The Black Tooth Grin Clan is a newly formed Orcish Clan which was made by Blackhand's sons Rend & Maim, The clan receives its name from the tradition that every recruit must knock out one of their own teeth to show their loyalty, The Black Tooth grin was originally a part of Blackrock Clan, but after Doomhammer assassinated Blackhand, Rend & Maim sought to establish their own power base within The Orcish Horde.
